BAM! From out of nowhere, with just the slightest push, you find yourself sprawled on the ground. Arms and legs a twisted mass of impossibility. You can’t move. You can barely breathe. It takes days to untangle  yourself with sheer courage and strength enough to stand up again, and even longer to clean up the mess left on the ground where you fell.

I’ve managed to put myself back together enough to at least stand up again. The rest is a process, sometimes buried deep along the way, and sometimes like a stone thrown in my path sure to cause a fall, but today I’ll walk and verily I will skip, heart smiling and with a song once again, my darling.
